The Trustee has appointed a small team to assist in the management of the day to day administration of Scheme activities, and act as the contact point for the suppliers and advisers. The team is headed up by the CEO.

THOMAS MERCIER

CEO; Appointed 1 October 2018.

Thomas was appointed CEO in October 2018 after performing the role of CIO for the Scheme since 2010. He joined IPS from Goldman Sachs International, where he spent more than ten years advising corporations and their pension schemes, designing European credit market strategies, and advising telecom and utility companies on debt financing and financial risk management. The CIO and CEO roles were combined on 1 October 2018.
